Tech cards + Emrakul, or Techrakul. A deck I've designed to take advantage of all that colorless has to offer us in the form of powerful control cards that other decks can't take advantage of fully. Built to house Sea Gate Wreckage, this is a deck that wants to drop a hand full of weird artifacts onto the board, dig deeper with Sea Gate Wreckage, wipe the board with All is Dust and Walking Ballista, then start cycling through the deck with Mindless Automaton + Sea Gate Wreckage. Emrakul is a potential way to win the game at the end, and can be fetched with Sanctum of Ugin, but she is also mostly a tech to beat Control decks. Geier Reich Sanitarium and Mindless Automaton make sure she doesn't get stuck in the hand for Sea Gate Wreckage. Incidental life-gain is used plentifully in this deck to buy time for All is Dust and Walking Ballista, but the life-gain cards fulfill two purposes each. Inventor's Fair is a land that gains us a life each turn, but can also tutor about half of the deck on its own. Pristine Talisman gains us a life each turn, but also ramps us into bigger Walking Ballistas and All is Dust/Emrakul. Fountain of Renewal gains us a life each turn, but is also a cheap artifact we can dump onto the board to empty our hand for Sea Gate Wreckage, and crack later to draw a real card.
The nice thing about Emrakul in this deck is that, even if we have to dump it to something to draw with Sea Gate, it will go right back to the deck to find later, meaning despite being a 1-of, we should always be able to get it eventually between Sanctum of Ugin and our draw power. It is more of an inevitability than anything else; Emrakul means we will eventually win if the opponent won't let us. It can even be used to recycle dead Walking Ballistas, Sanctum of Ugins, and such to ensure we still have plenty of fuel to cycle through with our Walking Ballistas. Even if Emrakul isn't cast in a game, the fact that it is an out we have means opponents have to be aware of simply durdling against our life-gain and draw engine. Thus, Emrakul is a powerful tech card herself, and so, Techrakul.
