To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

For me, the main appeal of commander has always been that you can make almost anything work at least semi-reliably thanks to the slower speed and powerful support/engine cards that are legal in this format. So I figured it would be fun to try and win with the ETB effect of Phage, the Untouchable. By casting Fractured Identity on our Phage, we can give all opponents a token Phage to make them lose the game. The same thing works with Leveler to exile all their decks (Ours too, but they draw first).
Since these combos cost 12 and 10 mana respectively, we are unlikely to just resolve them normally at any mid-high power EDH table - this is where our commander Yennet, Cryptic Sovereign comes in. Since all of the combo pieces cost odd mana, we can save a lot of mana by casting one of them from the top of our library rather than our hand. A variety of Tutors and topdeck manipulation tools allows us to get the cards we want on top of our deck reliably. All these ways to shape the top of our deck naturally nudge us to include a few other potent payoff cards like big Eldrazi, extra turn spells or the one sided board wipes you can't ever play because their mana cost is usually too prohibitive. The rest of the deck is filled with a healthy amount of Counterspells and Removal to secure the combo, slow down opponents and allow Yennett to get through blockers.
For the mana base, we want to run as many Fetchlands as we can because they allow us to shuffle away unwanted cards from the top of our library - extremely powerful in combination with Brainstorm, Scroll Rack and Sensei's Divininig Top. Unfortunately, these lands are quite pricey and the alternatives usually enter the battlefield tapped, so they are significantly worse. If you're gonna cut Fetchlands, I highly advise you don't replace too many of them with taplands as it slows down the deck a lot (better to replace most of them with basics and/or lands like Exotic Orchard, Reflecting Pool and City of Brass while leaving only a handful of shuffle effects in).
