This deck aims to quickly get on the board with a lot of manadorks into either closing out the game through one of various combos, commander damage or straight up honest attacks. It fully capitalizes on Samut, Voice of Dissent's universal haste and her activated ability by running a lot of powerful activated abilities that usually are supposed to be slowed down by summoning sickness. Her potent stats and relevant keywords for combat also make your attacks a force to be reckoned with.

The main combo loop works as follows:
Use Birthing Pod to sac a 3 cmc creature -> Felidar Guardian, flicker Pod -> Sac Guardian for Karmic Guide, reanimate Guardian, flicker Pod -> Sac Guardian for Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, copy Karmic, reanimate Guardian -> Flicker Kiki-Jiki and tap it to copy Guardian, rinse and repeat for infinite 1/4 cats with haste.
If there's enough mana and Samut is on the board, the same combo can be assembled with Yisan, the Wanderer Bard (6 mana if Yisan is on 3, 9 mana if he's on 2 through Village Bell-Ringer. Going through Bell-Ringer doesn't require Samut on the board as you can just flicker Bell Ringer with Felidar Guardian instead of Yisan. The Bell-Ringer ETB also untaps mana dorks to help provide the mana to continue) or Feldon of the Third Path (from the yard, 6 mana without Karmic Guide, 3 mana with Karmic guide).
Survival of the Fittest assembles all combo pieces in the yard, then gets Karmic Guide to reanimate the combo.
Using Tooth and Nail, you can tutor Kiki-Jiki and either Restoration Angel, Felidar Guardian, Zealous Conscripts, Village Bell-Ringer or Combat Celebrant to go infinite.
Splinter Twin serves as backup for Kiki-Jiki to go infinite with Zealous Conscripts, Village Bell-Ringer or Combat Celebrant.
Aurelia, the Warleader or Combat Celebrant + Helm of the Host also gives infinite combat steps.
Aggravated Assault + Sword of Feast and Famine or creatures that tap for 5+ mana total gives infinite untaps and combat steps. Remember that you can use Samut to untap stuff in order to generate mana, too. Helm of the Host and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker can also be used to clone mana dorks in order to reach the required amount.
If you are playing against a lot of counter & disruption, consider getting Ranger-Captain of Eos or Marisi, Breaker of the Coil before comboing off to secure the win. Include Silence and Veil of Summer if there's a lot of this in your meta. Mother of Runes or Yavimaya Hollow also go a long way in protecting your creatures from removal. Captain Sisay can tutor any legendary, not just creatures, notably Helm of the Host, Umezawa's Jitte and legendary lands like Yavimaya Hollow or Kor Haven.

The Voltron wincon is pretty straightforward, put equipments on Samut and swing, double strike and haste on Samut make this pretty effective. Remember that double strike triggers Sword of Feast and Famine and Umezawa's Jitte twice. Extra combat steps through Combat Celebrant, Aggravated Assault, Aurelia, the Warleader can easily let you deal the required 21 damage in a single turn. Since Samut has vigilance, you can use her ability after attacking to get an extra use out of Stonehewer Giant, Intrepid Hero, Giver of Runes or Mother of Runes, which can help get through blockers or deal extra damage.

Even when both other options are unavailable, the deck can still win quickly through normal attacks. Gisela, Blade of Goldnight or Finale of Devastation on X>=10 provide massive burst, especially in combination with some extra combat steps or a well-timed Berserk (which is also a removal spell btw.). Getting Avacyn, Angel of Hope on the board will make your board very hard to interact with and ensures you never lose in creature combat.
