To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
The idea is to create "value loops" where you discard, cast from graveyard and bounce back to your hand. Ideally getting value from every step along the way. At instant speed.
There even are some (janky) infinite combos in there. Shrieking Drake + Psychatog + Desecrated Tomb + Phyrexian Altar would be an example of a loop with infinite triggers for: discarding, leaving the graveyard, casting, casting from graveyard, entering the battlefield and leaving the battlefield.
Is this "good"? Not in the traditional sense, but it can definetly win and might even surprise you. I certainly expected it to perform way worse. And it can teach you and your friends a lot about the importance of recycling.
As an aside: You can (and should) just pass your turn when Oskar is on the Battlefield and you can freely discard stuff. Oskar's ability let's you cast your cards whenever they hit the graveyard. Doesn't have to be your turn. It's basically pseudo-flash.
