(3) Marchesa, The Black Flag (EDH / Commander)

Goal of the Deck:
The main goal of this deck is to eliminate your opponents with combat damage from your waves of ever-growing, evasive, and difficult-to-remove creatures.

Alternate Win-Con
As with any pirate deck, one should always include a win condition involving treasure. In this deck's case Revel in Riches is our pirate fleet's alternate retirement plan.

Infinite Combos:

• Dockside Extortionist + Capsize + 9 artifacts on the board = Infinite treasure and mana.
  In general, finding ways to kill D.Ex if it has a +1/+1 counter on it can amass you extreme wealth on the treasure front. No surprise there...

Other Combos/Engines:

• Marchesa, the Black Rose + Metallic Mimic + Dockside Extortionist + Skullport Merchant (or any sac outlet) = a strong card draw engine. Not infinite due to the "beginning of the end step" clause but still strong.
• In general, this kind of engine is pretty prevalent in the deck. There is a purposeful lack of too many sac outlets in the deck as to avoid too much permanent stealing of other players' creatures. Not saying that is bad, just not my cup of grog.
