Naban, Dean of Iteration - COMBAT Wizards...?!?! (EDH / Commander)

Naban, Dean of Iteration represents mono-blue of my Commander decks. The Panharmonic effect of Naban is what drew me to him. The goal is to be able to out tempo your opponents with the multiple bounce effects from Naban's ability and win through combat damage. Yes, COMBAT DAMAGE!!!. That itself will be a great challenge, nevermind the tempo aspect in commander. Bring it on!!! I love a challenge. There is a couple combos in here to make things interesting, but nothing infinite. Here is the decklist:

WIZARDS - Remember all ETB effects are doubled with Naban in play

Academy Journeymage - Bounce opponent's creature
Aether Adept - Bounce any creature
Augur of Bolas - Look at top three, put instant or sorcery in hand. (Needs testing due to low number of cards I can put in hand.)
Azami, Lady of Scrolls - One of a couple non-ETB wizards. Tap a wizard, draw a card
Eternal Skylord - Token producer
Exclusion Mage - Bounce opponent's creature
Galecaster Colossus - (Non-ETB) Tap a wizard, bounce non-land permanent
Grand Architect - (Non-Wizard) Anthem for blue, helps cheat out artifact
Harbinger of the Tides - MAY bounce opponent's creature
Master of Waves - Token producer
Merchant of Secrets - Draw a card
Metallic Mimic (Non-ETB) - Pumps wizards
Riptide Director (Non-ETB) - Draw cards equal to wizards you control
Riverwise Augur - Brainstorm effect
Sage of Fables - (Non-ETB) - Pumps Wizards, draws cards
Sea Gate Oracle - Card draw/selection
Separatist Voidmage - MAY bounce any creature
Sigil Tracer - (Non-ETB) Copies spells. Can create infinite mana with the right mana rocks and Dramatic Reversal. Unfortunately I have nothing to dump all that mana into.
Silvergill Adept - Draw a card
Snapcaster Mage - Recursion
Stern Proctor - Bounce Enchantment or Artifact
Storm Sculptor - Bounce creature you control
Supreme Inquisitor - (Non-ETB) tap five Wizards, Exile opponent's library five cards at time.
Tempest Caller - Tap all creatures an opponent control
Treasure Mage - Tutor artifact CMC 6+
Trinket Mage - Tutor artifact CMC 1 or less
Trophy Mage - Tutor artifact CMC 3
Vedalken Dismisser - Bounce to top of library
Venser, Shaper Savant - Stop a spell from being cast or bounce a permanent
Voidwielder - MAY bounce creature you control

Intruder Alarm - This will make Galecaster Colossus, Supreme Inquisitor and Azami just plain stupid!!! I guess if all the right pieces were in play, I could go infinite to mill out my opponents with this.

INSTANT/SORCERY
Cancel, Counterspell, Dissipate, Force of Will, Mana Drain, Wizard's Retort - What?!?!?! I ain't that dumb ;)
Cyclonic Rift - Commander Staple
Displace, Essence Flux, Ghostly Flicker, Illusionist's Stratagem - Flicker for ETB effects
Quasiduplicate - Clone
Rite of Replication - Clone x5

The current sideboard listed were the last of the cuts I made for the deck. They along with about 40 other cards in my private notes have the potential to work their way back into the deck.

I understand the difficulties in trying to run a tempo deck against multiple opponents in Commander. This is just a first draft I have settled on, and I enjoy challenges. I have many, many other options I can try if I do not like how this one is going. Please let me know what you think. I welcome all constructive comments. Thanks for looking.
