My first PDH deck. I made it because I thought "What could be easier to make than GOBLINS! Of COURSE!", and then had a hell of a time trying to make this work.

This deck has a real problem of trying to break through once it either runs out of gas or its opponent gets a beefy guy up. Besides that, it's real fun to dump your hand and swing in super early. It's just that this is commander, and in commander you can kill a guy and that's great, but then there are two other guys who've built up defenses and see you as a threat, assuring your defeat.

I've added as much card draw as can reasonably be in here. Literally Destructive Digger, ffs. If our hand could keep up with our super-low CMC spells, we'd be a big threat. As is, let's see how it works out. At least I've gotten better at bringing a deck down to size.

Edit: Three and a half years after making this first deck, I've finished its counterpart; Mono-Green Elves. Also, we have ACTUALY CARD DRAW NOW! Thank you, WotC! I love "Use it or lose it" draw, seriously. Great way to solve red's card advantage issue without keeping it a weakness and taking away from blue's niche.

Pauper EDH rules (common cards only except for an uncommon Commander). I would love some feedback here.

There are plenty of cards I considered like Lightning Bolt and Faithless Looting and buff lands, but removed for one reason or another, but feel free to argue your case. I want to make this strong and as viable as possible for duels or multiplayer. I took a long, hard look at equipment and other auras, but I feel like that would just slow down this deck. Our creatures are cheapened and hastened. Use them.

Congrats for me from reducing this mess down from 210 cards to 100. Whew.
