Esper Control (arena cube) (Limited)

oh, that control life.

beat up big green in round one, bounced and countered and planeswalked over them.

beat gw counters in round 2. they ran me over in game 1 with too much stuff, but i board wiped with karn in play, then got teferi going. g3 was a long won in which they went VERY wide, but karn and gonti helped me defend, and i kept a flow of cards with suspicious stowaway, which helped me stay afloat. they eventually put a million counters on all their dudes with that one card that makes them indestructible and put me to low life, but i dug deep enough to find wrath, which ended the game quickly.

jeskai midrange was the final match. they missed blue almost all of g1, and so we just hung out as i bounced gideon a few times until i was ready to hullbreak their back. g2 was much longer, with lots of resources being traded, and they even fought through my ugin. but an early stonecoil hit them many times, and they had to take action and kill it, and eventually yolo with memory to stay alive. they didn't have the reach though, and when they tapped out to approach of the second suns (whoa!), my flash dudes jumped in to ko them.
