[EDH ~ Pauper] Mindful budget Blue & splash Red Deck (with Artifacts) you can't loose project... (EDH / Commander)

Here we are a strange but efficient multicolor main Blue deck with 2 small combos : 1 artifact for 1 mana recycling and 2 blue cards to manipulating graveyard and shuffle it into library to re-openning hostility if opponent got enough resistance.

-This is a Low budget EDH so don't be too strict cause it's the first-throw EDH with some main Sorcerers using Double hands with extra exil cards...

If you draw quickly Mystical Tutor, then go search for Remand, allow to counter draw, counter draw again with a good base of Mana. The Second card to search quickly is Dictate of Kruphix like Kami of the Crescent Moon, allow to draw and draw again...

Aether Spellbomb is using to manage menace instead of drawing, but allow to draw if you dominating the game
There are a lot of solution to manage a huge panel of menace, Confiscate allow to take a good creature on an another board
Just don't forget your card at the end of your game...

• Azor, the Lawbringer allow to draw AND gain life...
• Bant Battlemage provide trample or flying
• Escape Routes allow to return black or white creatures, your General too.
• Mana Severance protecting you from Mana Death
• Manipulate Fate give you 3 cards of your choice accessible with Moonring Mirror
• Arcane Melee reduce the cost of the sorceries and instants...
• Myojin of Cleansing Fire is your clean's board to manage aggro
• Where Ancients Tread Maximizing incomming huge Creature of your own side (+ use with Followed Footsteps )
• Haunted Crossroads allow to get your creatures again and again for 1 black mana...
• Curse of Exhaustion, Slowing a lot the middle-late game for your opponent + Fevered Visions
• Web of Inertia is a soft lock, allow to stop agressive intention early game only, Stasis is better if you have it
• Lich's Mastery help you to not dying, so use your Commander effect Jodah, Archmage Eternal to paid it cost with 5 mana...and you cannot lose !!! Use Tamiyo's Journal to take it asap ... you can also use Reshape to find Tamiyo's Journal...

All the rest of the deck is around to give you time, so abuse of the rest of your spells to control game waiting a Finisher !
(you also have some options to take one faster with Crystal Seer or Filters...)

Your best killer is Lord of Tresserhorn 10/4 regenerator, and can take down a player in 2 turn...don't forget to give him Flying with Zephyr Charge...If you can't regenerating him, Escape Routes works on him.

Remember : 1°) Setup mana 2°) Setup draw 3°) Setup Creatures & manage others threats

Use Spellheart Chimera and Enigma Drake to attack with a lot of sorceries and instants in your graveyard,
or play Followed Footsteps on Sphinx of the Final Word...You win...
