Sadly, Electrostatic Field (1R) from Guilds of Ravnica that was spoiled today required for instants and sorceries to be cast. As kindly pointed out on the discussion Release to the Wind is merely copied, not cast. This version of the deck is built as a mono-blue version using Drowned Secrets. Depending on what further cards are revealed it might be that the combo is stronger in Izzet (U/R) or Dimir (U/B) variants or even with a splash of green for ramp.

There are now 24 lands in the deck and I left out the mana artifacts and took in treasure generating counter spells. The lands should allow to make 5 land drops by turn 5 with probabilities of 63.8% / 52.2% when on the draw/play.

Latest edit: Added 4 Diamond Mare for life gain (works with the infinite combo as well) and a syncopate by removing 5 non-essential creatures.
