To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Use a lot of cheap spells to bring out Arclight Phoenix and deal quick damage to win quickly. Use Crackling Drake as a mid-range threat. If the phoenix cards can't win you the game for lack of power or the game drags on, God-Eternal Kefnet and Niv-Mizzet, Parun are used as win conditions and to refill your hand. Saheeli, Sublime Artificer is just there as a support.
The sideboard has Pteramander to deal with decks were early pressure is key to win against them (control and tempo decks). Blink of an Eye can be used to save your big threats or slow down your opponent. Entrancing Melody for those decks with few, but big, creatures. Negate and Ral's Outburst for control decks (careful when your opponent has Teferi, Time Raveler). Ral, Storm Conduit should be used when your opponent has a lot of anti-creature spells and your strategy must focus on your instants.
