Growth = Card Advantage (EDH / Commander)

Farm +1/+1 counters, turn them into tokens or cards.

This is deck meant for a more battle-cruiser meta. I don't have ABUR duals and don't plan to invest and this deck doesn't rely on setting up infinite combos to win. I would not bring this deck out in metas where people have decks that look to combo out (unless the infinite combos are underpowered and unlikely to rear their head before turn 7-8). If you have a meta or playgroup that likes long, grindy games with lots of interaction - this deck is right up your alley.

My goal for this deck is to have a focused and tuned direction for how the deck controls the game and achieves inevitability. Our creatures get huge with 1 rotation around the board and we have ways to give evasion to get through massive amounts of damage.

This deck's goal is not to attack and threaten right away but instead to keep a reasonable board position that dissuade attacks. We use all the +1/+1 counters we accrue to draw cards or remove creatures (see: Zameck Guildmage and Retribution of the Ancients) until we can build an insurmountable army.
