The combo involving the Door to nothingness is simple, ramp up with the three urza's lands to have enough mana to cast channel the suns with the help of 2 chromatic things or with a lforest that has been tutored with the tron tools. I've put in 4 market festivals to have some spare mana in case you need to use more turns to get all the pieces to pull off the combo. Usually the combo can be pulled off in 4/5 turns if you can tutor lands and cycle through the deck to get the kaleidostones or the Channel the suns.
For what concerns surviving I think that ensnaring bridges and firespouts are the least to get rid of aggro and midrangy archetypes.
