A combo deck based on Mindcrank + Duskmantle Guildmage or on Mindcrank + Liliana's Caress + Something that cause a discard or deals 1 dmg.
Cast down, Dismember and Vapor Snag against creatures.
Negate, Muddle the Mixture and Mana Leak against other spells / a protection for your combo.
Try to remain alive while digging your deck with transmute in search for your combo pieces.
I've played a lot with this deck. If you want some "Mister evil guy that talks a lot while preparing his final weapon and gets screwed by a leyline of sanctity or something stompy enough" vibrations, this is the right deck for you!

Vapor snag is also a great combo activator and a great "I save my Duskmantle Guildmage from your lightning bolt".
