To reiterate what I was saying the other day, the deck needs to have one single goal, one single theme that the whole deck works around which is why Commander's are such an easy tool to build around. Me building around Grenzo for example.
But when I'm going through this list I'm seeing 3 different decks colliding which results in inconsistencies mid game, you're whole deck needs to synergise. You need to look at every single card (individually) and ask yourself the question does this single card work towards achieving my overall strategy, does it need other cards to do so, how many of those said cards do you run? What are the ratios? How likely are you to draw them together?
The 3 different decks I'm seeing are
Ramp.Dek, Landfall triggers, additional lands per turn etc.
X.dek, Ton of X spell cards that are perfect mana sinks
Big Mana Spells, Big Splashy. Ultimatums, Ulamog etc.
I believe there's too much going on in this list, three different strategies and I'd recommend just building 3 different decks solely focusing on each of these strategies. Building a land deck with Golos, cards like sylvan awakening and generally turning your creatures into lands with Nissa like effects is a great strategy. Or building a Golos (or Zaxara) deck that ramps super hard allowing you to sink that mana into a ton of X spells. Or play a big splashy deck with ultimatums, blatant theory etc and you could use Golos to cheat those cards out.
I've split the deck into main and maybe, main are the cards left from your original deck list and maybe are the cards I'd suggest putting in, I took the deck in a land focused direction because I felt that's what your original intentions were but you could just as easily build 3 different lists. I didn't really want to build the list for you as that feels weird so this way I've shown you my suggestions to cut and I've shown you my suggestions to add and you're completely free to use this to build a new deck or even just use the card pool I've suggested to help build the new deck.
I ended up swapping out Golos for Kenrith, it's just so easy to whiff off Golos's ability with multiple lands but you never whiff with Kenrith because he's a perfect mana sink. Playing him as your commander means you'll always be able to utilise any extra mana leftover.
Finally I'd suggest running at least ten basics, ratios are entirely up to you but I went a little like on blue/white because most of the good cards for this strategy are in jund so we're just splashing azorious. I'd also recommend running a total number of lands between 40-55, entirely up to you but it's such a land heavy deck you need to run enough lands to supplement this.
