Cats N' Bats (Standard)

any insight is greatly appreciated. Looking to replace Shield Mare(1ww) with a (2w) or Leonin Warleader(2ww) with (2b)

Combo-Control Midrange Deck
Featuring:
Life-gain/Removal White/Black.

Idea is to slow opponent with creature removal and establish multiple lifegain sources until Regal Bloodlord drops for bat tokens and/or make huge Ajani's Pridesmates in a single turn. Multiple life gains sources from more than 1/3 of the deck.

-Multiple graveyard retrieval cards attempt to maintain one of those two combos and maintaing pressure.

-5 draw cards help pick up speed late-game and maintain board control.

If game turns to a race for board control with tokens, Leonin Warleader and Resplendent Angel is splashed to give a general harder hit in late game.

General low mana curve to compensate for 8+ ww and bb cost cards in the t4/t5 bracket. Ideally playing at least one card per turn in early game.

Observations:

-No 6+ mana costing cards
Would probably be black, and maybe trade for Leonin Warleader, though my mana base needs refinement. So far game ends in victory before being able to cast a 6+ mana creature so saw this as a dead card.

-No artifact/enchantment removal.
Adding them with a synergistic card such and "Invoke the Divine" is weak when its use is contingent on opponent having them. All artifacts in this deck provide lifegain as its second function so no desire to remove them.

-No indirect life loss
Creatures with enter the battlefield abilities that trigger lifegain/lifeloss are strengthened here by graveyard retrieval cards. Most that I found are spells high in CMC or low on effect where it would be better to retrieve one of the combo cards than resurrect a creature with a lifegain/lifeloss for one.

-Needs an improved mana base (isolated chapels+4 and Forsaken Sanctuary -2).

There is about 8 double color cards, and 4 dual color cards. This can slow the early game down, but I think improving the land cards would be sufficient.

So far works great against ramp and burn decks. Looking to make a red aggro and blue tempo deck to test against.
