Toshiro "True Death" Umezawa (EDH / Commander)

Lots of fun things to do with Toshi. We got deathtouch, sacrifice outlets, wipes, cute ways of killing creatures, a win the game card, an opponent loses the game card, and tons of ways to bring our creatures back if they die.

I want most kills to be through -1/-1 shenanigans. I wanted to take Toshiro Umezawa as close to the flavor of his actual storyline as possible while still building a strong deck that's fun to play and fun to play against. So no tutors, no infinite combo wins, no stupid big black mana wins from urborg shenanigans, no 'hard' stacks that target lands or otherwise prevent players from playing spells, and only 1 source of 'destroy target creature' - You Are Already Dead . I want my kills to limit ways opponents have to interact.
With that in mind, we went with a sacrifice strategy revolving around 'each player sacrifices a creature' + 'return target creature to the battlefield if it would die this turn' + Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos triggers and Black Market and Revel In Riches. Static -1/-1 effects, flinging out -1/-1 counters, -x/-x ueot, wither, and deathtouch round out the kill package.

-- Necroskitter w/ Spitting Dilophosaurus or Black Sun's Zenith or Fevered Convulsions is nasty
-- Wake the Dead returned creatures can still be targeted by 'if this creature would die this turn, return it to the battlefield' spells and triggers Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos and Black Market

-- 12 Etb/Dying creatures w/ 8 "When this creature dies, return it to the battlefield" effects. Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Kokusho, the Evening Star or Faerie Bladecrafter can close out the game quick
