This is by far my favourite deck. And it's not even in my favourite color or my favourite theme, but God I love this deck.
Instead of going the typical "I'll kill you as fast as I can" Voltron strategy, this list goes for a more "You know I ain't killing you yet".
The main strategy is to prepare a bit of ramp and something that can give vigilance to Ojutai. Play our commander as soon as it's safe and start splitting damage between our opponents, not focusing anybody unless their strategy is completely obliterating ours (like a Meren recurring a Fleabag Marauder for example).
Then don't start removing our countering things like you were Baral. Focus only on those things that will affect Ojutai directly or stuff that will affect extremely positive for our opponents (like a Bolas's Citadel in a mono-Black deck).
Use politics as if it was another countermagic in the deck. Intimidate or bluff your opponents with Aetherizing them if they attack you. Leave Mana open for counterspells even if you don't have any in hand. Tell them your only goal is to protect Ojutai, this way there's the chance of them not trying to remove him or some of your equipments and you'll save some counterspells.
What do you want to protect the most?
First of all, Ojutai. Not even yourself unless you're close to death. Let some damage get through if necessary.
Then those cards providing him with Vigilance.
Right after that, the Swords. We need Ojutai to have 7 attack and make him difficult to block to get more cards and kill our opponents in 3 swings.
Don't play too much Equipments, this is not the typical Voltron. You don't want to scare your opponents with killing them in one swing.
Take note that your only wincon here is Commander Damage.
