Bruna, Before The Fall (EDH / Commander)

This is your run-a-mill Bruna, Light of Alabaster Aura Voltron.

It has a very loose control sub-theme with an average counter spell package.

The main idea is obviously simple,. voltron up Bruna, Light of Alabaster as quick as possible and punch people in the face with a big angry angel.

There is a small counter spell package though your primary will be Forbid. The buyback cost on it is simple to use when Enchantment Auras are your currency that can exist anywhere outside of the Library and Exile for Bruna.

The small control theme in the deck focuses on Grand Abolisher and Grand Arbiter Augustin IV and Monastery Siege. This makes spells targeting you have to be played on their turn as well as them costing 3 extra.

The Arbiter also reduces the cost of your spells and makes Bruna a 4 drop which means with a good hand she can be Turn 3 on board.

Most of the Aura Base are your standard pain dealers and much of the deck is tooled around situational use and Synergy Value.

The finishers in the deck would be - Corrupted Conscience, Eldrazi Conscription (+5 points for Flavor), Spectra Ward, and Cataclysm

Corrupted Conscience = Poison Counter Win
Eldrazi Conscription = 15 / 15 Vigilance, Flying, Trample Annihilator 2 pain train (Which paints a HUGE target about your head and face)
Spectra Ward = All color protection that doesn't effect Auras and +2/+2, making Bruna hard to deal with
Cataclysm = Hard setback for all opponents, 1 creatur (Bruna), Enchantments and Artifacts for you do not rightly matter, and the Land is a Misnomer. Bruna will return the Auras. Keep Lighting Greaves and she cannot even be Swords or Path'd, hell she cannot be "Targeted" making Spot removal after Cataclysm hard.

The rest is just a "Faithless Looting" style Azorius Sub-Counter Control seasoning a Bruna Aura Voltron deck.

(Note: Yes the deck is very expensive, you do not have to use the same land base that I have added into this deck. There are a few expensive Spells as well Intuition as well as Greater Auramancy. They are not necessary they just work well, feel free to mix it up to what you prefer or within your budget. :) <3 )
