Use ensnaring bridge to your advantage, using oath of scholars you should have 4 cards in hand on your turn, to attack with the extravagant spirit, then discard with manabond or use gustha's septer after playing cards to reduce your hand to zero for your opponents turn. use null brooch as needed as you won't have any cards in hand. Extravagant spirits upkeep will be zero and your opponent will likely have more than 0 cards in hand allowing you to activate oath of scholars to draw quickly.
