Phenax millord (EDH / Commander)

This is my approach to Phenax mill EDH.

No simple Barries on early game.
I've had many failures using budget defenders like Hover wall and glacial Wall. Those cards only died doing not much impact in the game. Cards like Wall of Frost, Silent Arbiter, Riddlekeeper, Propaganda despite having a smaller defense can discourage players from attacking you even on late game.
Scaretiler with a fetch land on the graveyard can be a amazing ramp in this greenless deck. Dreamborn Muse, maniac scribe, Siren of the Silent Song can provide a early mill that will be used with the cards in the graveyard and Giant sections.

Graveyard interactions
the best way to tempo destroy the match is to use enemy cards in graveyards as soon as possible, breaking the mana curve. Animate dead, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind and Gyruda, Doom of dept are amazing cards for doing so.
If your opponents has a non creature combo on the graveyard you can also remove it from the game with Tymaret, Chosen from Death or Ashiok, Dream Render.

Memory Plunder is a must have card in this strategy and i'm going to highlight it. You can remove key cards of opponent strategies with it. Also with this cards you can cover weakness of Dimmir color wheel. Need ramp? use this card on the green player's Kodama's reach. There is a enchantment bothering only you on the table? Use the White player Disenchant. However use it wisely you only have this one.
