To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

ITALIA deck is a three-colors human aggro deck (G-W-R) based on the synergy of human creatures on the battlefield.
The main combinations consist in exponentially increasing the number of human creatures and their power at once (with +1/+1 counters) to be always superior to the opponent. With this purpose, the fulcrum of the deck is surely the "Champion of the Parish" and "Thalia's Lieutenant", but they are not the fundamental elements to win the game.
"Avacyn's Pilgrim" and "Mayor of Avabruck // Howlpack Alpha" support the speed of the deck and allow to have a threatening field in few turns; the presence of "Hanweir Garrison" and "Hanweir Militia Captain // Westvale Cult Leader" can trigger interesting strategies and combinations, they represent the actual concept of this deck: more humans, more strength.
"Lead the Stampede" and "Militia Bugler" will help to refill the hand after playing a lot of creatures in the first turns, or when the situation is more critical: the few number of lands increase the probability to refill the hand completely when using "Lead the Stampede", while the human creature "Militia Bugler" also supports the combos on the battlefield.
"Boros Charm" is to be used as a silent weapon: it can become the shield or the finisher. The possibility of destruction of all creatures on the battlefield must be countered with this card and with an offensive (and aggressive) attitude in the early game.
The funny thing with this deck is that finishers can be various and the card that will conclude the strategy might be unexpected: if the number of creatures and strength are not sufficient, cards like "Kessig Malcontents", "Abzan Falconer" or "Boros Charm" can be the keys. Keep in mind that these three cards can be also used as a weapon against planeswalkers.
The basic land "Plains" is for removal cards like the well-known "Path to Exile"...
I personally have a lot of fun with this deck thanks to its flexibility and unpredictability when facing different kinds of decks. As it is based on "synergy", every single card appears to be "not important" and can confuse the opponent: control and burn decks opponents can be led to the wrong path, if using attractive cards as lighting rods.
