This is my version of a turbo-infect deck.

Turn 1: Forest -> Glistener Elf
Turn 2: Forest -> Scale Up + Groundswell or Might of Old Krosa or 2x Mutagenic Growth on Glistener Elf

Use Apostle's Blessing to protect your creatures or to avoid getting blocked.
Use Dismember to get rid of annoying blockers.
Rancor is maybe not the best choice but it helps to put the last infection counters on your opponent in case there are blockers available and it can be used again.
Karn's Bastion is in case you put some infection counters at your opponent at the beginning of the game but there is no other chance anymore to hit him/her again.
