Usually these kind of decks are red/blue for Show and Tell + Sneak Attack. My plan was to go a different way.
As far as I know tinker is not allowed to play more than 1 time in any format (except casual/kitchentable). If you have a good idea which card could be a good replacement in order to play just 1x Tinker, let me know.

The basic idea is to cheat the bigger guys like Blightsteel Colossus with Show and Tell / Tinker into the game. Duplicant, Noxious Gearhulk and Scourglass will help to keep the board clean and even if our plan to cheat the artifacts into game didn't work, we can still win if we hardcast the guys. Baleful Strix and Shield Sphere will protect us at early game if needed.
