Thassa's Army

Thassa's Army is a mono blue-devotion aggro EDH deck built to play french duels (1 vs 1). There are many permanents filled with blue mana symbols in their CC to get Thassa online, most of which are creatures - notably, Wizards! Thassa is a very aggressive commander in french duels, since it has many good abilities (indestructible, scry 1 each upkeep, makes creatures unblockable) even when it's not online, all fore a mere three mana, with a respectable body also (5/5) which is way above the curve. One way to play this deck is to get your devotion and swing for 21+ commander damage, which isn't so hard with an unblockable commander and can be done much quicker if Thassa is enchanted with Pemmin's Aura; other win conditions are through dealing damage with any creature equipped with Quietus Spike, Aetherling /Raven Guild Master + Fireshrieker. You could think of other cards to add in this deck and make it even more powerful (like Deadeye Navigator) but it wouldn't be as fun - I chose NOT to use any infinite combo or total lock down, so I can play my game and have my opponent play his, and everybody has fun.
