Here's my take on Elsha Top

I'm still running dramatic/scepter, but without codec shredder as it is often a dead card. I use it mainly to make infinite mana to draw the deck with top, go infinite byrds with swan song or to lock with silence, unwinding clock and and artifact or two.

I run small creatures with etb effects and some flicker instants to abuse them. Otherwise the creature count is low to make the top of the library playable.

Main wincon is to draw my library and play thassa's oracle.

Secondary wincon is underworld breach with lions eye diamond or lotus petal and brain freeze.

Third wincon is to make infinite mana and storm, then swords to plowshares elsha to gain life and then kill the table with earthquake.

Strategy is to ramp, control and lock, while collecting the pieces I need via tutors, put short.
