To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

Early Game:
You will want to start off the game with at least two lands and one to two cantrips. This may cause you to mulligan a few times.
Mid Game:
Most of the game is "Land, Go". You can play most of your spells on your opponents' turns. Hold up mana for interaction and then use whatever you have leftover to dig deeper in the deck with cantrips.
End Game:
This deck tries to win by creating tokens with cards such as Shark Typhoon or Talrand, Sky Summoner to create an army that will beat down the opponents. Counter any and all board wipes that would destroy your board.
You can do the salt-inducing combo of Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + 3 mana rocks for infinite casts/mana. But, if you want to be a team player, try using Words of Wisdom with it! Everyone will be less terrified of the scepter (which you can get back to hand with Disappearing Act or Echoing Truth).
I designed this deck to be tutorless, but feel free to spice it up with cards like Muddle the Mixture, Merchant Scroll, Long-Term Plans, and many other tutor effects.
