A social/75%/level 3 deck with some bells and whistles. Designed for an environment with no quick wins, fast infinite combos, or mass land destruction - but with plenty of board wipes and spot removal. Replacing the enemy fetch helps the price a little.
This is my third try at making a deck to play UG fun stuff and old favorites (like Vesuvan Doppelganger and Power Sink). I wasn't happy with the few Kruphix or Ezuri variations I tried. I like the idea of making either my or an opponent's creatures unblockable and found some more inspiration at http://www.gatheringmagic.com/abesargent-113015-budget-commander-23-kaseto-orochi-archmage/. It has fit pretty well in the lower-middle of our meta so far.
The main idea is to use Kaseto to occasionally help the other players whittle each other down, and then crash in and finish the job using some insta-big unblockableness. The other cards are to stick around long enough to do it. I'm tempted to try and go more heavily Voltron with it, but right now part of the reason it works is that Kaseto isn't much of a target in the early game and so doesn't really suffer for not having a lot of built in protection. I imagine he'd get taken out a lot more if there was lots of nice equipment sitting around.
The clones are there primarily because this is my only deck with blue and I wanted to work them in if possible. They've actually proven pretty useful as utility creatures (copy what I need) or neutralizing some commanders (another Gisela or graveyard utilizer, for example). There aren't really that many clones (and no Clone ) but 8 of the 9 clone cards appear in fewer than 9% of Kaseto decks on EDHREC, so that's one of the features that makes it stand out.
