This is essentially a pillow-fort/life-gain deck based around not only my favorite Orzhov commander, but one of my favorite commanders full stop. Yes I acknowledge that Orzhov Scion is considered better than Envoy of Ghosts but I find her to be rather dull as a commander. The point is to deter your opponent from attacking you while slowly draining their life with abilities like extort (hence the "Protection Racket"). Teysa is an expensive commander which is why mana rocks like Thran Dynamo are important, as is protection like Swiftfoot Boots as well as recursion.
(Note: You can substitute Mana Crypt for Thran Dynamo if you were lucky enough to pull one from a pack of Mystery Boosters or Double Masters)
