To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Pauper EDH is an alternative format that uses any uncommon creature as the commander, and the 99 are commons. Technically this deck is EDH legal too!
This rakdos deck is helmed by Dargo, the Shipwrecker and Keskit, the Flesh Sculptor (alternatively Tormod, the Desecrator).
The deck revolves around a combo using Dargo + Thermopod or + Ashnod's Altar + Prismite / Stonework Packbeast to infinitely replay him with an Impact Tremors or Falkenrath Noble on the board.
There's also an Uncaged Fury and Buccaneer's Bravado thrown in, as that makes Dargo one-shot opponents if unblocked as commander damage is traditionally 16 in PDH. Probably won't make the final cut but worth considering!
Keskit lets us sacrifice cantrip artifacts for even more draw such as Ichor Wellspring, Arcum's Astrolabe et cetera. This also sets up playing Dargo for very cheap.
Since the deck is mostly a combo deck it runs a lot of draw, some tutors and a lot of removal. There's also a bit of ramp and some recursion in case combo pieces are removed.
At the moment the deck doesn't make use of it filling the graveyard, but delve cards like Gurmag Angler or Harvest Pyre are worth considering.
Weaknesses of the decks are how reliant it is on Ashnod's Altar without being able to tutor for it, a combo that's fairly easy to shut down, and if that happens Dargo's commander tax could be insurmountable. The deck has a lot of removal but very little reach, flying decks might be an issue.
A Tormod, the Desecrator version would focus less on the combo and a lot more on graveyard interaction, definitely a fun option!
