Fae Cursed King of Goblins (EDH / Commander)

League Deck, Season 1, Deck 2

Gameplay notes:

I was able to keep Korvold on the board long enough to draw 50 cards (total) throughout the game and kill all three opponents with commander damage, which I do not think could be done reliably. That said, Goblin Chirurgeon did deter a few boardwipes and potential targeted removal intended specifically for Korvold.

Things the deck did well:

• Ramp: ramped out really fast and had Korvold out turn 4.
• Removal: Was able to remove key pieces on the board (including creatures and enchantments)
• Sac. outlets + card draw: I was sacrificing something every turn (via Korvold and other cards), which drew a ton of cards and made Korvold a big flier. This is contingent on keeping Korvold on the field though (which I was able to do today but can't always be relied upon).

Things the deck could improve:

• No goblin tokens / sacrifice targets: I ended up sacrificing 4 lands throughout the game to just draw a card (although 2 of those came off Lotus Field). It took a long time to have enough goblins out that I actually wanted to sac. Squee, Goblin Nabob came in huge here -- I cast him 4-5 times in the game and was a constant sac target.
