To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This Deck wants to make use of the combo with Colossus Hammer and Sigarda's Aid and hopes to win on turn 3.
I tried to find substitutes for the important combo pieces, to raise the chance of an early working combo:
Wincons:
I decided to use Blighted Agent and Slither Blade as evasive creatures to hit hard with the hammer, but nearly any unblockable or evasive creature is good (keep in mind that Colossus Hammer makes the equiped creature lose Flying!! My first choice was Ornithopter over Slither Blade until I remembered that... ^^")
What could a perfect starting hand look like?
Turn 1:
A - Plains/Port Town into Sigarda's Aid
B - Island/Port Town into Slither Blade
Turn 2:
A - Island/Plains into Blighted Agent
B - Plains/Island into Sigarda's Aid and Colossus Hammer (equip with Sigarda's Aid)
=> Hit for 11 dmg.
Turn 3:
A - drop Colossus Hammer (equip with Sigarda's Aid) => Hit for 11 poison counters and lethal
B - second Hit for 11 dmg and lethal
You are most likely to not have the full combo on your starting hand, so we need protective spells and cards to fix card quality. I decided to use Spell Pierce and Apostle's Blessing (can be cast on artifacts too !!) with Brainstorm and Impulse. Of course similar cards are okay too as long as the costs are low.
The remaining slots are filled with removal. Baffling End can be exchanged with everything else for 2 mana which stops your opponents creatures.
The Manabase is budget but can be upgraded if wanted.
Please feel free to suggest other/better cards to use or comment what to make better in general.
Have fun playing :D
