UB Cycling (Budget) (Casual)

This deck focuses on Faith of the Devoted to drain the opponent's life with every cycled card. Additional to this we have New Perspectives which lowers the Cycling-costs to 0 if we have 7 cards in hand. Both cards together can enable a little combo-turn which often ends with a win for this deck.

But we need to survive until our engine works or at least until Faith of the Devoted is on the board and provides lifegain. For that we have a couple of cards which buy us some time in different ways (ot course, most of the cards can be cycled to):

Cast Down / Doom Blade

• common removal for critical creatures

Duress

• cheap discard for the early turns

Choking Tethers

• tempo spell
• the "cycle and tap a creature"-mode is pretty helpful

Complicate

• can counter while cycling

Censor

• simple counter which can be cycled

Hieroglyphic Illumination

• instant carddraw or a cycle-trigger

Sacred Excavation

• recurses two cycle-cards

Razaketh's Rite

• mainly to search for New Perspectives

Vile Manifestation provides a solid defensive body for 2 mana, but can deal damage in the lategame too. This is our finisher besides 2 Hollow One who is just to good to not play him here.

We need to play many taped-lands if we want more cycling cards. But that is a death we have to die. If you want you can play Ash Barrens over 4 basics but for now these are to expensive I think.
