UW Rule of Law (M20 only, Budget) (Standard)

While building this deck I wanted to use only cards from M20. So you won't find cards from older but nevertheless standard legal sets. It's your choice of you want to play "older" cards feel free to change the list.

This deck focuses on Rule of Law which lets every player cast not more than one spell per turn. For us who are playing control this is pretty handy, cause we just counter the opponents spell, cast something in our turn and thus gain advantage on the board.

Our counter package consists of Negate and Convolute (4 of each). Our removal is Pacifism (can be boarded out for Devout Decree if possible) and Hanged Executioner who gives a flying beater/blocker besides he can exile a creature. For massremoval we have Planar Cleansing and Flood of Tears.

3 Cavalier of Dawn are our finishers and another removal solution on 1 card. And it can make our own Pacifism or Rule of Law a 3/3 beater if needed. Its second ability which recurses an artifact or enchantment back to our hand works pretty good with those cards too.

Our carddraw solutions are Spectral Sailor (who can be cast in the opponents turn if you have no target to counter), Drawn from Dreams, and Anticipate. I don't think I need to explain these cards ;-)
