Combo:
Sakura-Tribe Scout + Retreat to Coralhelm + Simic Growth Chamber

=> Tap Sakura-Tribe Scout to put Simic Growth Chamber onto the battlefield (and return it to your hand with it's ability) which triggers Retreat to Coralhelm to untap Sakura-Tribe Scout. Repeat infinitely.
Main payoff for the landfall triggers are the crabs to mill your opponent to death. Scythe Leopard is an alternative but lacks trample and thus is more like a fun include.
The rest of the list digs for the needed cards or protects the pieces that are on the battlefield already.

Ideal play:
Turn 1 - Land + Sakura-Tribe Scout or Hedron Crab/Ruin Crab
Turn 2 - Land + Sakura-Tribe Scout or Hedron Crab/Ruin Crab (one which is not on the battlefield already) + 1 mana left for a counter or protection.
Turn 3 - Land + Retreat to Coralhelm, activate Sakura-Tribe Scout to play Simic Growth Chamber starting to go infinite.

Nice to know:

  • You can combo of with an disrupting ability or spell on the stack, milling in response.
  • Sometimes it can be a solution to bounce your own creature with Unsummon or Simic Charm to protect it.

You can get this list even more budget if using cheaper lands. Since you may not need 2 mana on turn 2 some tapped lands might not hurt that much.
