[Flavor Brawl] - Why So Salty? (Brawl)

Flavor Brawl Deck - Follows the basic rules of Brawl Commander, except each deck can have include multiples of cards and cards outside of the normal colors. The primary focus is following the theme! Also, the goal of each game is to acquire the most number of points. Each deck has its own set of rules on how it gains or loses points. Players can still be eliminated from play if they were to lose via the normal rules, however, they still gain points as normal.

Why So Salty Unique Rules:
At the beginning of your end step, if you did not cast a spell this turn, you may reveal your hand. If you do, and at least one of the following is true, you create two Salt tokens (each is an artifact with "Tap, Sacrifice this artifact: add one colorless mana):

  • Each card in your hand is a land.
  • You were unable to cast any spell this turn (due to available mana, etc.)

At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent caused you to lose life this turn, and you were the only player to have lost life this turn, create a Salt token.

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control at least 13 Salt tokens, the game ends.

Points:
At the end of the game, you gain a point for each Salt token you controlled at the end of the game or at the point at which you were eliminated.
If the beginning of each upkeep, if you control at least 5 Salt tokens, +1 point.
If you are eliminated first, +5 points.
At the end of the game, if you are among the last two players active, -4 points.
Whenever you cause a land permanent to leave the battlefield, -1 point.
