To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This is a decently budget Jund deck focused on +1/+1 counters and utilizing them to your advantage. The deck runs fairly well against other competitive commander decks.
Have Kresh the Bloodbraided on the board and whenever a creature dies (tokens included) he gets a lot bigger. He is the main reason this deck runs well because a lot of commanders utilize tokens, combat, and/or sac engines to run, meaning Kresh is constantly turning into a huge beatstick (highest I've gotten so far is 63/63).
At that point you can Rogue's Passage to eliminate one threat, Fling him to deal 40+ damage and eliminate another. With Reyhan, Last of the Abzan out you can then put over 40 +1/+1 counters on any creature you control (I suggest Walking Ballista or Deathbringer Thoctar) and essentially eliminate another player.
If you are losing or are behind, you can use Greater Good, Momentous Fall, or Life's Legacy on a beatstick creature to draw 10+ cards, and gain life with momentous fall.
You can also give your creatures deathtouch with Gift of Doom, Lace with Moonglove or Mer-Ek Nightblade and combo with Vraska, Swarm's Eminence to get even more counters, or go infinite with ballista or thoctar.
Essentially this deck is made so no card is really a dead draw. Your entire deck gives counters and the only way you're not going to have counters on the board is if you have no lands.
Most of the cost from the deck comes from lands and ballista, but the deck is playable with budget lands and without ballista.
