My very first selfmade Standard-Deck.

I think, Izzet has to be played with a lot of spells. I really like the Spellheart Chimera so i wanted this deck to have high synergy with it.
Another card that has high synergy with instants and sorcerys is the Nivix Cyclops, in this deck he has the potential to One-Shot the enemy with 3 spells + thassa or a previously casted aqueous form wich also gives us the ability to scry and get some dmg through big creatures.
Frostburn Weird and Nivix Cyclops are out of range for the most burn spells besides Mizzium Mortars and so they are pretty good to have on the board, also the Frostburn Weird can do alot of damage if your opponent doesnt deal with them properly.
The Izzet charms and Dissolves do give this deck some kind of counterspells, but i dont know if this is what this deck needs. I thought the Dissolve might be good, because i dont have any other way to deal with a potential Aetherling on the enemy side.

The Lightning Strike and the Magma Jet are just to maybe get something from the board or go for the finishing combo with cyclops.
Izzet Charm also gives me the ability to get more spells into my graveyard to make my Chimera a big threat.
Turn//Burn is just for the ability to deal with really big things or something like Descecration Demons, just turn and then burn them!

Disperse, to maybe get through with some dmg or potential finish the game

Cyclonic Rift also can set up for the Win, just have it in to maybe bounce the whole field or just take something very bad from the battlefield, something like monstroused monsters.

The sideboard cards are just Aetherize against token/mass creature decks;
Rapid Hybridization for Mono Black or X-Monsters;
Hammer of Purphoros to get something on the board against heavy control decks;
Pithing Needle.;
Smelt if there is some kind of artifact i just cant deal with aka Whip,Bident or Hammer;
Burning Earth for the control//mucho expensive decks;
