Falco Seemed like a great commander so I made this deck with cards in my collection without disassembling too many decks:

Using Falco Spara, Pactweaver:

Falco allows you to play cards of the top of your library for the additional cost of one counter off a creature you control.

Winning without going Infinite :

  Use Chord of Calling, Finale of Devastation or Wargate on  Avabruck Caretaker or 
  Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and you'll figure it out

Infinite Combo's:

Devoted Druid + Sensei's Divining Top + Falco Spara, Pactweaver

1. Tap Sensei's Divining Top place ontop of libary draw a card
2. Tap Devoted Druid for mana then untap to place a -1/-1 counter on it
3. Use the -1/-1 counter and falco's ability to play Sensei's Divining Top
4. Repeat, Draw out your deck and win with Thassa's Oracle

Devoted Druid + Swift Reconfiguration

1. Cast Swift Reconfiguration on Devoted Druid
2. Use It's ability as many times as you want a vehicle can't die to -1/-1 counters
3. Infinite mana you'll find a way to win (Finale of Devistation, Finale of Glory)

Ledger Shredder Surprisingly a very powerful underrated card from New Capenna only costing a few
cents that does great things, works great with the large amount of counters that end up on it and the card
selection wow!

Why don't you have enough counter magic! My playgroup dislikes counter magic along with:
-(no more than $1000 decks)
-(don't go infinite every game)
-(casual-ish)
