To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

The manifest and cloak mechanic make the creature enter as a 2/2 face down and you can pay the cost to flip them. This makes
creature cards which have bad enter the battlefield effect but low cost are really good to Manifest/Cloak. (Flipping the creatures do not make the ETB trigger.)

The idea of the deck is using this big cards together with card that want to hit your opponents and make them guess which one they should block. "Do I block this which may be a "Leveler" or a "Permeating Mass" or do i let it throught and maybe its an "Ancient Silver Dragon"?"

To aid in this I also put effects that can return creatures to my hand when blocked, to keep opponents on their nose.

Finally I also made sure to have effects that allow me to play creatures normally, counters to triggered abilities and even "Torpor Orb".

I feel like the fun of flipped down creatures is defenetly making sneaky plays, but creatures with the normal ability (Morph and Disguise) are too predictable, is more fun manifesting!
