The basics of this deck:

Get something like Underworld Dreams into play. Get Megrim into play. Cast Wheel of Fortune. Victory!

My spin on it and how it's different than what I see:

No Temple Bell. No Howling Mine. No Kami of the Crescent Moon. No Spiteful Visions. My deck is based around NOT giving my opponents resources to stop me with. I want to set up enough synergy to make a wheel hurt, and then wheel. Because Nekusar takes a while to set up, when it's time to wheel it's time to deal baby. I tried to include only wheels discard and draw. This deck tries to avoid having Megrim and Liliana's Caress in play and then only having Time Reversal as the wheel effect to refill with.

It's bad enough when you become archenemy and everyone directs their attention to you. In a 4 player game, each turn round is 3 resources dedicated to stopping the Lich King, and I don't want to have multiple card draw effects going on so that each round gives 9 resources to kill me with to my opponents. If I draw 5 on my turn, this is Grixis, I don't have the mana to take advantage of that.

I can only see someone building this deck with this focus of strategy in mind, or going all in to the mass card draw strategy by synergizing infinite mana combos and whatever other combos so you can actually make use of the additional card draw. This version is group slug, not group hug. When you finally cast your wheel, oftentimes it's an "If I only had one more turn to stop him" situation where opponents have their hands pretty neatly sculpted. Disrupt them!

Spicy Fun:

Curiosity with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind turns the rest of your deck into a damage point per card. Hopefully no one is gaining too much life...

Put the helmet on. Helm of the Ghastlord onto Nekusar, the Mindrazer means that every card drawn causes a discard trigger while drawing you more resources.

I don't see everyone running Library of Leng in their list, but it's less than $2.00 as of this writing. It lets you selectively keep what you wheel away on your end, which means it's even more important that we include all of the discard wheels.

Peer into the Abyss with some kind of card draw pain in place will surely kill an opponent. It's fun to imagine Nekusar casting this, very flavorful.

One time I got too far into character pretending to be Nekusar and I casted disallow on Sean's burnished hart activation. It was awesome, evil, and a terrible play. I needed that counterspell later.

Concerns:

The only concern I have is whether our card type ratios are scientifically perfect. And if everyone can handle my Nekusar deck in pink sleeves.

Sidequests:

Have Nekusar, the Mindrazer cast Peer into the Abyss and slay someone.

With Tidal Barracuda in play, wheel on someone else's turn to kill them.

Wheel with a Notion Thief or Narset, Parter of Veils in play.

Get the Helm of the Ghastlord onto Nekusar, the Mindrazer and wheel.

Overload the Mizzix's Mastery and cast a whole bunch of wheel stuff.

Have Fell Specter, Megrim, Liliana's Caress, Raiders' Wake in play before a wheel for 56 damage if opponent's hand is full, like using Magus of the Jar or Memory Jar.

Why 102 cards?

Because dragon shield sleeves often come with 102 sleeves, and I won't tell my friends I have two extra cards if you don't.
