I could care less about fancy dumb infinite combos that are destroyed by a single counterspell or summoning massive creatures to do my bidding, I just want to set my opponents on fire before they can tell what's happening to them.
Alternatively, I could play this deck. Here's how it works - Anje rips through your deck and casts your madness cards for at-or-cheaper value. You use cards like Surly Badgersaur, Bone Miser, Glint-Horn Buccaneer, and Archfiend of Ifnir to profit off of all your discarding shenaniganery. Avaricious Dragon is there in case the game drags on or if your opponents just keep killing Anje. Torbran, Thane of Red Fell to speed up your win, Ox of Agonas as later-game back-up looting. Some might say cards like Sire of Insanity and Anthem of Rakdos are too detrimental to you as a player but to them I say shut up, they're fun, suck my chode. Honestly if you don't know what Anje does just by looking at her and the decklist idk what to tell you. I refuse to include the Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon combo cuz it's boring. That's about it.
