Colfenor Snackrifice (EDH / Commander)

The combos this deck wants to pull off are sacrifice loops with creatures that technically have 0 toughness while in the graveyard, but enter with +1/+1 counters to make up for this. For example, Iron Apprentice can get back Endless One when sacrificed with Colfenor on the battlefield. If you're using Ashnod's Altar then you can loop these two, as each has 1 toughness while on the battlefield and 0 in the yard. Casting X creatures for X=0 while Pawn of Ulamog or Sifter of Skulls is out will allow you to sacrifice the Eldrazi token and recur the 0/0 creature. With an aristocrat this will drain the table.

I wanted to add some anthem effects to play around with this interaction as well, but cuts had to be made. I figure I have enough overlapping and redundant reanimation combos without needing the anthem effects, and anthems can interfere with some loops. However, I think these will make the deck pop off a bit sooner.

Once I realized that Colfenor, the Last Yew wasn't a reprint in CMR, I became much more interested in exploring the combos. I had assumed that Colfenor was already well-established and that people would be tired of the shenanigans that he enables. So we'll see how long it takes to reach that point with my playgroup.
