Commander, but Standard. Smushes together my old Citadel deck with a Yarok deck by using the Risen Reef shell with tutors and a wishboard. I might not have red mana for Bolas, but I still always have an answer.
General notes and neat interactions:
Path of Discovery has disgusting synergies. Using Scapeshift to drop zombies gets you multiple explore triggers, and Yarok doubles both the explore triggers and the Wildgrowth Walker triggers, netting 12 life per creature per walker.
There are only a few explore creatures because we need a critical mass of elementals, so Healer of the Glade is slotted in for early-game lifegain. This stuffs a fair number of red aggro creatures and hopefully buys you the time needed - but you want to side in Duress/Negate against red aggro to protect Risen Reef and Wildgrowth Walker.
Cryptic Caverns lets you draw the card you left on top while exploring.
Scheming Symmetry is sometimes just a bad mana fixer, but the idea is to put cards on top for use with Citadel. Just a 1-of because you can chain-wish via Mastermind's Acquisition. (For extra fun/salt/mindgames, you could add 1x Vicious Rumors as a target for the Symmetry....)
Enhanced Surveillance is a way to avoid milling out. Surveilling 4 at a time with Doom Whisperer is also much stronger than 2 at a time, which is the main goal. If this isn't to your taste, you could try lab-Jace and some other beater in these two slots. Against mill decks you actually want to side Surveillance out, to make sure you can grab it before it's milled away.
River's Rebuke is main-deck because you will usually win by using it to clear the way for an alpha strike.
Assassin's Trophy is our most general single-permanent removal, so it takes the main-deck slot so you have the chance to draw it naturally. Post-board, swap in whatever's appropriate.
Evolving Wilds main-board can be cashed in even if opponent is mono-colour. Swap for Field of Ruin when there are targets.
Notable exclusions:
Nissa doesn't work well here - not enough Forests usually, and overkill when there are.
Leyline of the Void isn't very useful as a 1-of, and there aren't sideboard slots for more. Ashiok is just a better wish target for the purpose.
Gift of Paradise would be good except that you really want to get lands out for Scapeshift, and don't want to lose the enchantment when you fire it off. Guild Globe is not the greatest card in the format, but it helps you have your colours when it's critical, and is sometimes a free draw with Citadel out.
Similarly, Growth Spiral is not included because it's too rough on the mana - shifting more towards blue would jeopardize the wishing plan.
