To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
A simple prowess deck with most of the cards of WAR adapted to Pauper format. You can do excelent plays with the "Burning Prophet" + any cantrip + "Spellgorger Weird" (who is your better card in this deck). The main strategy to follow with is to play as many creatures as possible and crushing your opponents quickly using your cantrip spells.
If you're running out of spells, you can use either "Ghitu Chronicler" or "Radical Idea" Jump-start cost to recover or cycle some cards.
What is more, you can use either "Aven Wind Mage" or "Sky Theater Strix" to go for your opponent's face with ease because of their flying ability.
"Contentious Plan" and "Callous Dismissal" are very nice cards on this deck. The first one pumps our "Spellgorger" with two more counters and allows you to draw a card while the second one allows you to return a permanent to the opponent's hand while you're creating a new creature in play. What is more, if you use "Contentious Plan" while the Army is in play, you will add a counter on it, so it's even better.
I have made a 4-1 on a Pauper tournament with this deck, and I have to say that if you're facing a control deck, if you don't take your opponent's life down from 10 on the third turn you're maybe lost. But if you play good and you draw good it won't take any problems.
If you liked this deck, go and build it asap. You'll enjoy it!
