To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This is a deck I've been messing around with for a little bit now. Nabanamonicon was one of my favourite budget decks in Core Set 2019 Standard, but the deck took a bit of a hit when it got really bad to bounce most of the creatures in the format.
As a result, the mono blue version of the deck (which is hyper budget atm) has lots of dead slots against Drakes and Golgari, and even mono Red. But by switching into UR and getting more aggressive, the deck gets infinitely better.
Main plan is to slam etb wizards and use Naban (or Quasiduplicate if we can't get Naban to survive) to double up their triggers. We have some great support in the form of almost- Counterspell andnot quite Lightning Bolt, and Jace is a decent engine in some match ups (also criminally underplayed).
The sideboard could use some work and we had to cut some good duals to get the budget in the 100-ish range, but the deck is super fun and really sweet when it works! Plus, swapping out the Steam Vents for Sulfur Falls, while more expensive in paper, means that the 75 costs 4.50 on MTGO.
Any and all suggestions are appreciated!
