A budget deck looking to take advantage of one of my favourite cards from Kaladesh block, Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter.

The game plan here is really simple- go wide and get in damage. We have a ton of ways to gum up the board with a bunch of small tokens, and plenty of cards to pump the team and turn it into a force to be reckoned with. As for Oviya herself, she's a hella underrated Magic card and absolutely shines here. She comes down on turn one and can be replayed multiple times throughout the game, and she acts as the perfect mana sink for the mid-late game, making us either a steady stream of chump blockers or huge constructs that can win the game on their own in a few turns. We also have a few cards that make the most of the fact that our tokens are artifacts- namely, Trading Post for value, and Retrofitter Foundry to sac our servos and make flyers.

The deck may look like a mish-mash of random go-wide cards, but it's an absolute blast to play and surprisingly strong when we get going. There's also a few really easy upgrade paths to take- grabbing cards like Parallel Lives, Doubling Season and Primal Vigor to double our token production, and some of the planeswalkers in the maybeboard to give us really powerful value engines as the game progresses. But the deck is perfectly functional as it stands, and it all comes in for around 100 dollars.

So if you're looking for a new way to beat face with giant robots, you've oviya-sly come to the right place. Sorry.

As always, any and all suggestions are much appreciated!
