Bant enchant deck that aims to ramp, draw and combo to win the game.

Echant your lands with abundant growth, dawn's reflection, fertile ground, market festival, nylea's presence, overgrowth, sheltered aerie, utopia sprawl, verdant haven, wild growth and untap them with Estrid, the masked +2 ability. You only need 4 manas worth of enchanted land to loop with the Chain veil once you put a totem armor on your artifact. It works with Tamiyo, Field researcher and Jace but at least 5 manas is necessary to generate infinite supply of mana and use more cards. You don't always have the perfect hand and flooding the board with some tokens can be usefull.

Draw and ramp with the enchantress package: Satyr enchanter, Mesa enchantress, Tuvasa the Sunlit, Verduran enchantress, Kestia the cultivator, Herald of the pantheon, Starfield Mystic.

Infinite combo once the chain veil loop is achieved can be done with:
Jace, Wielder of mysteries: self mill and win
Blind obedience: ulti estrid and recast her to extort everyone to death or draw your deck if you have enchantress on the board to extort everyone with your infinite mana
Squirrel nest and Heliod, God of the sun: infinite tokens

Gods are also here to become giant indestructible threats with sweet abilities: Heliod, God the Sun (enchantment token generator), Thassa, God of the sea (scry and help to get through), Kruphix, God of Horizons (stock your unused mana to prepare some combo later, usefull to save 8 uncolored manas to play the Chain Veil and pay his activation cost on the next turn), Karametra, God of Harvests (ramp), Ephara, God of the Polis (draw).

Starfield of nyx turns our enchantments into creatures and Mind's dilation offers long term value.

Recursion: Estrid's ulti, Open the vaults, Auramancer (Eternal Witness if you have), Hanna, ship's navigator

Note: this deck is supposed to be budget friendly and i wanted to keep some flavor with the gods with a constellation/stars theme.
Some creatures can easily be cut cause you can find better synergies. For exemple, Karametra and Ephara aren't that good in this deck cause you don't have many creatures. They will most of the time be huge bodies with sometimes a nice effect.

I tried to find a good balance between flavor and power.
The mana base is of course in need to be adapted according of what you have. Actually, it's mostly the one from the precon deck with really cheap changes.

Few more ideas not in the actual list:
Silence should be probably played to protect your chain veil the turn you want to start your infinite loop, it can also disrupt combos.
Hurricane is another good idea to use your infinite mana and win the game with the combo, but you need to be the player with the most health in order to use it.
Teferi, Hero of Dominaria: no need to say why it's good but he's so expensive. If you have it, consider running it over Tamiyo or one of the gods. Comboing with chain veil to get his ultimate should win you the game by itself.
Stoic Angel: underrated card, can help to slow the game in your advantage.

If you have Maze of Ith, here is a really elegant combo you can use instead of two gods of your choice: Ley Weaver and Lore Weaver.
Each card can make you draw the other one and both follow your gameplan by themselves. Ley Weaver will untap your enchanted lands and help you ramp even more and Lore Weaver can mill everyone if you go infinite mana with the Chain Veil.
But if you have Maze of ith and both on the board, you can, during your attack phase: attack with Ley Weaver, untap it with Maze of ith, tap Ley Weaver to untap Maze of ith + another land or enchanted land then untap again Ley Weaver with Maze of Ith, etc.. Achieving Infinite mana without Estrid the Masked and the Chain veil, letting Lore Weaver the task to win you the game. Another interesting combo with underrated cards.
If you don't have maze of ith, you can still do this combo on a budget but it will take another slot in the decklist: use Pemmin's Aura or Freed from the real on Ley Weaver to go infinite mana with enchanted lands too.
