Fun for groups

Play as many Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Auriok Champion, as possible

Play Crested Sunmare or Regal Bloodlord. One single creature played on any turn is enough to trigger Crested Sunmare and Regal Bloodlord's token creation at the end step due to soul warden and co. So every time an opponent creates a creature you'll create a token at their end step which will trigger more instances of life gain per creature.

Drop Epicure of Blood, Cliffhaven Vampire, or a Marauding Blight-Priest. The more opponents you play with the more hp you gain. The more Soul Wardens or Ciffhavens out, the more damage you'll do. Panharmonicon makes it all worse if you add it.

For example:
3 Soul Wardens/Attendants/Champions + 2 Cliffhaven/Epicure/Blight-Priest = 6 damage to each player whenever any of them play a creature or a creature simply enters the battlefield. Then at each of their end steps, not just yours, you'll create a token due to the life gain thus triggering them all again doing a total of 12 damage. All because someone played a creature. This would also heal you 12 life per opponent.
Cliffhavens and co. stack so adding more only gets worse. This gets even worse when your tokens enter the field due to your own healing, triggering more damage to opponents. Effectively fueling itself each opponent's turn.

Mangara the Diplomat for card draw. Generous Gift to destroy any permanents as necessary, plus a token trigger for your ratchet.
