Mono-White Aggro (Standard)

I've always wanted to put a competitive mono-white deck together and with a little inspiration from M14 my mind got to work.

Running mostly Humans, my Mono-White Aggro is consistent, starting on one/two-drop creatures like Hopeful Eidolon , and Soldier of the Pantheon , but also plays some pretty good offensive cards moving up the curve. Banisher Priest for creature control, along with Boros Reckoner who is nearly matchless at 3, and finally Ajani, Caller of the Pride for additional counters and flying/double strike. At 4 i'm running Heliod, God of the Sun because I would be daft not to in mono-white aggro. At 5 i've got Archangel of Thune to help utilize some of the life gain and to help make my weenies into a real threat.

With this deck I can keep my opponent in check pretty easily with Silence , Brave the Elements , and Celestial Flare . The support cards in this deck are all cheap and very effective.

Running some pretty useful cards in the sideboard. Pithing Needle for shutting down specific cards. Rest in Peace for some graveyard hate. Judge's Familiar to help combat against decks running lots of instance/sorcery's. Fiendslayer Paladin to help against red and black. Finally Glare of Heresy to help shut down opposing white decks.
